Great experience for my daughter for her prom dress. Friendly and welcoming

My daughter and I had an amazing experience choosing a prom dress at BeauBelles. So much choice was offered and we were not rushed at all. Susan was exceptional and offered a wealth of expertise. She selected dresses that fit my daughter's request while offering alterations where needed. The shop is one of a kind and I would recommend this shop for all your prom needs!

I visited Beau Belles yesterday with my sister and mum for a bridal and bridesmaid appointments and what a lovely experience it was. I had Hannah for my bridal appointment and she was so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. All of the ladies would offer help and opinions which made the whole experience so relaxed and friendly. For the bridesmaid appointment we had the owner Kim, what a lovely lady from start to finish. My sister has a scar on her back from surgery as a child and Kim made her feel at ease right from the start!
The biggest thing for us was that all the ladies made us feel comfortable, no pushy selling techniques and just gave us time to talk between ourselves.
Their expertise with alterations as well is so reassuring that the dress will be perfect!
I sadly ran out of time so I am returning to the bridal salon in a month to choose my dress. This goes to show how many beautiful dresses they have in their store!

I can't imagine anywhere more perfect to choose a wedding dress! From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed and supported to find your dream dress. Susan and Susie looked after me amazingly - their guidance was incredible around styles, fabrics and what alterations would work (they can pretty much do anything - all in house and bespoke!). They really know their stuff! I tried several dresses and was given time and space to choose. No pressure at all - just support and help to find the right dress. My fitting appointments made me feel confident and beautiful so that by the time I picked up my dress, everything was perfect! Such an amazing bridal store and I feel lucky to have found my dress here with the wonderful Beau Belles Team. Truly thankful!

I cannot thank Susan enough for her time, care and expertise when purchasing a veil. I was a drop in customer who required a lot of guidance to match a veil to my dress. Susan was patient, kind and throughout made me feel comfortable. She was able to provide me with a one off veil and it was “meant to be”. Thank you for a wonderful service, I would highly recommend!

Where do I even begin?! The Beau Belles team are truly incredible! From saying yes to my dream wedding dress, to all of my bridesmaids saying yes to their dresses, and even our two little flower girls finding their dresses here, every single appointment, email and phone call was handled with so much care, patience and kindness. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always felt so looked after throughout the whole process.

The shop itself has such a beautiful choice of dresses, with so many different styles to choose from, and the whole experience of finding the dresses was just perfect. Every dress fitted everyone perfectly, and the seamstress was absolutely incredible — the attention to detail and alterations were amazing!

I genuinely miss our visits to the shop now that the wedding is over! It was always such a lovely experience and everyone made us feel so welcome and special every time we walked through the door. 💖

Everyone at Beau Belles was amazing. They were so friendly, made me feel comfortable from the very first appointment and really tailored the experience to me.

I came back for several fittings for my dress and every time I had the same 5-star experience. I was never pressured into buying anything and was always given suggestions and advice that were suited to me and what I wanted. They made me feel so beautiful from that very first fitting all the way through to my wedding day.

It was also such a bonus that they did alterations there, as it made everything so much easier and hassle-free. I had no worries about having to take my dress somewhere else and knew it was in safe hands.

At one of my fittings, I spotted a veil that they had posted on Instagram a couple of days before. I absolutely loved it but wasn’t sure about buying another veil as I had already purchased one. They let me try it on without ever making me feel like I had to buy it. I did end up buying it because when I put it on with my dress, it just felt like it was meant to go with it!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Beau Belles enough. They made the whole experience so special and I’m so glad I chose them for my wedding dress.
